Receiving The Baptism In The Holy Spirit

Receiving The Baptism In The Holy Spirit

Acts 1:4-9

Children of God, The Baptism in The Holy Spirit is a Gift God wants us to have, Jesus said that this Gift is a promise from God The Father ( Joel 2:28-29; Luke 24:49)

Acts 1:4-5, 8

There us no specific, lengthy formula to guarantee being baptized in the Holy Spirit; but there are some helpful patterns you can follow as you pray and prepare to receive this powerful gift.

1 Relax…

Receiving the baptism in The Holy Spirit is not always an immediate experience in the books of acts, the believers in the upper room waited ten days. Do not get discouraged.

2 Worship God…

The baptism is The Holy Spirit is a means of honoring God it I not about what you get from him, it is about what he gives to you. Turn your complete attention toward christ. Create a atmosphere of worship and thanksgiving by expressing love and appreciation out loud, not just in your mind.

3 Seek The Giver, not The Gift..

Focus should not be on tongues or a spiritual experience; it should be on getting more of Jesus and his power in your life, The Holy Spirit desire and purpose is to draw attention to Christ ( In 16:13-14)

4 Leave your native language so you can speak a new language.

As you worship and wait, you may sense strange unknown words or syllables coming to your mind. You cannot speak two languages at once, so at some point you must stop speaking in your won language and start praising in the spiritual language. The Holy Spirit will bring words to your mind, but you must do the will bring word to your, but you must do the speaking. ( If your lips and tongue starts stammering or trembling, The Holy Spirit is likely trying to get you to speak. You may not hear the words in your mind, but when you surrender to the Spirit and step out in Faith, he will honor Your faith and help you speak )

5 Speak even if it does not sound like a language.

Many languages and distracts may not sound like anything to you only because you do not understand them. Being filled with the spirit is not based on your understanding, but on speaking in obedience to the spirits leading.

6 Speak even if it is only a few syllables.

Do not worry if your Spiritual language seems limited at first. More will come, do not go back to your native language after you start speaking in tongues, whether there are many words or just a few. Cooperate with the spirit. Do not be afraid to move your tongue and lips to form the words ( keep in mind, however that another person cannot begin your experience by instructing you in what to say or by giving you incoherent syllabes to begin with. Only the Holy Spirit can give you the words.)

7 Trust that you are getting what you ask for.

God promises to give the good gift of the Holy Spirit to those who desire him with all their heart ( Luke 11:9-13). often, when people begin to sense the spirit prompting them to speak, they, they are afraid it might just be their own words or simple meaningless talk. But if your focus is truly on Christ and you are willing to take a bold step and use the gift, you can be confident that you are getting exactly what he had promised. In summery Jesus told his followers to expect the gift of baptism in the Holy Spirit and to be continually filled with The Spirit ( EPH 5:18) He knew the spiritual power and sensitivity it would bring to their lives, from Acts to Revelation, we read about what Jesus followers did through the power of The Holy Spirit to this day, the baptism in The Holy Spirit continues to fill christians with the desire and urgency to carry out Christs commission to take his message throughout the world  (Act 1:8; 2:42-47). Baptism in The Holy Spirit is as relevant now as it was in the early church because christians today need the same power and guidance to live for christ and accomplish his purposes in Jesus name.

Gods Words In My Mouth

Gods Words In My Mouth

Jeremiah 1:4-19

Children of God, Jeremiah was called (appointed, directed, empowered, made aware of his purpose) by God to be a prophet a spokes person to communicate Gods future plans and purpose for his people. Jeremiah message were to he southern kingdom of Judah, He ministered during the last 40 years of Judah’s history, including the time right before and after Jerusalems destruction and the sending of Gods people into capacity in Babylon. During that time the nation was rebelling against God and relying on political alliances with other nations for security and protection from its enemies, Jeremiah urged the people to repent, and renew their devotion to God. Before Jeremiah was born, God had already determined that he would be a prophet, just as God had a plan for Jeremiah’s life, he also has a specific plan for every person’s life.

His goal is for human kind to live according to those plans allowing him to fulfill his purposes in and through us. But jus as it was with Jeremiah’s, living by Gods plan may involve difficulty and suffering. But no matter what we encounter as we follow God, He always worries worries for our greatest good (Rom 8:28). Jeremiah was called as a youth to deliver a difficult message for God, at first Jeremiah experienced great anxiety and fear at the overwhelming thought and responsibility of delivering God’s word to the leaders of Judah, so God responded to Jeremiah’s concern by promising to be with him and to empower him no matter what task God gives you in life, He promises to be with you always and help you accomplish it if you remain strong in your faith and devotion to Him. We should remember that we are never too young or too old for God to begin using us in a meaningful and powerful way in Jesus name.

The Lord assures Jeremiah that his prophetic message would be God inspired. The message would come directly from the Lord and what the prophet said would be exactly what God intended (Rom 10:8) Jeremiah never compromised because he was convinced he never backed down or tried to change the meaning of Gods word to the people. Jeremiah’s message contained elements both warning about judgment and hope for restoration.

Though Jeremiah was a sensitive and humble young man, God gave him an supernatural boldness, enabling him to become perhaps the strongest and barest of all the prophets He certainly endured more rejection than any other prophet. He never really experienced a positive response to his message. This shows that God can use us in ways fay beyond our own natural tendencies and abilities.

God told Jeremiah that Judah’s Kings, officials, priests and even the people would stand against him. opposing the message God had called him to proclaim. But the prophet was encouraged to speak out boldly and to stand firm in his convictions, God promised to be with him and assured him that his enemies would not overcome him. God always stands with his faithful servants who speak the truth to those who forsake God and his word and follow the ways of this world. God knows us before we are formed and when he calls  you, be takes away you fear, and empower you in Jesus name.

Say Yes To Jesus

Say Yes To Jesus

Luke 16:19-31

Isaiah 3:10

Children of God. Jesus never threatened people but he warned people, we threaten enemy, warn a friend like Jesus. Why did the rich man go to Hell when he died, He was rich, is that if..? the Bible did not say that wealth, is not good, except when you are rich and it controls you and u don’t give to God, he was nicely clothed and he ate wel, as we saw in the scripture of today. What was this man Sin then that made him go to Hell..?

Lazarus on the other side, was poor, laying at the gate of the rich man, no food, he had disease, he had no help, so the dogs became his nurse.

The rich man ignored him, one day he died just like the man too, the rich man woke up in Hell and Lazarus, in Abrahams Bossom, the angels came and carried him to Heaven (Gen13:2). Now when the rich man was in Hell he saw the poor man that was begging at his gate on earth in Heaven, the poor man he has neglected at his gate, now he was totally heated in Abrahams Bossom. He told Abraham to send Lazarus to bring him water, still a rich man even in Hell he still was obsessed with power, but Abraham said it is not possible, became there is a big gap from Heaven to Hell, but from earth to Heaven is possible, again made another request.

Can you send someone to my other five brother that are alive, Abraham said no, because on earth, they have Evangelist, prophets. Now the question is what was the Sin of this man..? ( Verse 29-30). In death he said no to Abraham, and when he was alive he said no to Jesus who is the Savior that would have forgiven him and forgive his sins and make him Heaven candidate, sins are bad, children of God but can be forgiven (1 John 1:8-10). Some people believe in their church, some in pastors, some in their money, some in their beauty, children of God, church or pastor, beauty etc, can not save you only Jesus can do that. Do you know that church did not die for you or your Pastor or your money and position but Jesus did.

The Evangelist or the pope or the prophets did not die for you. When Jesus is rejected no body can save you, Jesus is the Savior because He died for our Sins and for us, it was Jesus, so lets say yes to Jesus, for he is our passport to Heaven. Why is this rich man praying to Abraham now, there is no salvation in hell. So we that are alive today have the opportunity here now on this earth. The lord is sending me to tell you about this name that can save us in-fact the only name that save mankind, Jesus 3x, lets say yes to Jesus plan of salvation for us, say yes to Jesus. Our Yes to Jesus to Jesus must be the same time saying no to Sins, that will bring us to Hell. The way to Heaven is narrow, sins way is wide and Big You can still change your Identity today, make a difference today if you say yes to Jesus you will go to Heaven, but if you say no, you will join the rich man, whosoever calls the name of Jesus will be saved in Jesus name. As you are standing up today begin to say yes to the name of Jesus and make Heaven, for Hell and Heaven have no connection but from this earth we can make Heaven.

Be Blessed in Jesus name
